I've been working with GPS tacking systems almost exclusively since 2012.
Are you looking for a service provider? If so I will help you find one, I know of several providers.
If you wish to run your own server, my suggestion is to use either Traccar or OpenGTS depending on your requirements. Both are open source, and may be downloaded, and used free of charge.
In the case of Traccar the branding will require code modifications. Branding OpenGTS is less work that is done by modifying the XML configuration files.
Both packages are written in Java, and use MySQL as the database to store the information.
A Virtual Private Server or "VPS" is also required to run either package. I recommend CentOS 7 Linux, Windows will also work, but it is slow, and less reliable than Linux. The size of the VPS, memory, hard drive, number of cores would depend on the number of devices you have.
I have a couple of questions:
1) What are you tracking, vehicles?
2) What is the make, model of the devices you are using, or is it a custom device?
