no sound on debian and install google app engine

this project is for both seeing what the problem is with the sound and fixing it and also to install google app engine on debian.

I have version 7 of teamviewer for some reason i cant install a newer version, so make sure you have version 7 because otherwise you wont be able to connect to my computer.
