Rephrasing of Knowledge Based Economy Transformation Work - Need Zero Copyscape Hits Plus Referencing -- 2

Ensure the four chapters have a consistent flow and harmony. If this work is handled well. I will continue to work with that freelancer for remaining part of the report/research. Total pages I have already written on this work is close to 150 pages approximately (the three chapters). But I guess once they are rephrased and adjusted as I asked, they should shrink down to 100-120 pages I guess.
