Hello, I'm looking for someone who can take my fusion 360 design and work out the forces required along with the correct materials to withstand mechanical forces applied to it during operation. It has gears that will be used with a rack and pinion and needs to be strong and durable enough to last. Experience in creating and troubleshooting small mechanical devices is essential as there will be problem solving parts that I haven't got the knowledge to complete on but I know will be a big part of the design features. I don't think its too complicated overall but just out of my sphere of knowledge and looking for a professional approach to this now as I've gone as far as I can go with it. The dimensions should fall within (100x100x30)ish but open to suggestions and design ideas to hopefully achieve this. I'd like to be able to print my device on 3d printer as well as be able to send to someone who can build this for me in metal using a cnc machine/milling/laser cutting. Ideally I'd like to go through everything in detail over video call to explain the problems as well as answer any questions you have in order to complete the job.
