Dash/Flask integration with Python, Pandas and AWS SES

I developed a demo Dash app which reads from 2 csv and creates several views using Pandas. The app was developed just to show some plots and charts. Now I need to set this into production. The data is some sort of sales from restaurants. The software aims to read from the database and generate periodic reports, which are to be delivered as pdf to a series of emails. What I have: 1) The code to create a pandas dataframe from a csv. 2) The code to split and group a pandas dataframe to generate periodic reports. 3) The dash code to create the plots. What I need: 1) Read data from a MySQL database instead of the csv (3 tables). 2) Feed the current Pandas code with the database code to generate the tables. 3) Generate the pdf. 4) Use AWS api to deliver the pdf to an email. Notes - No AWS handling is required. I will provide SMTP credentials so that the Python AWS SDK can be used. - It is not required to create the code to trigger the process, I just need an endpoint/command which I can hit when the process is to be started. - I need super modular code. I don't want hard-coded time periods nor credentials. This should be set using dotenv. - It might be needed to update the pandas code.
