I am with I2S, Inc. in Indianapolis Indiana. Recently I downloaded FileMaker CRM template and incorporate it in our system. However I am looking for a developer to make it tailored to fit our needs. Our business is pipette repair and calibration services, We have a large of Laboratory Principle Investigators (PI) from different universities. And average of 200-300 PI in each university. What we would like to be able to track the followings:
1. Be able to List, count and sum our 2019 customers and under category I2S
2. List, count and sum of retained 2019 customers in 2020.
3. List, count and sum of lost 2019 customers.
4. List, count and sum of won 2020 customers.
5. List, count and sum of opportunity customers.
6. List, count and sum of customers by Due Date.
7. A way to trigger an update of the customers we do in 2020 and make them in the CRM as completed and enter the qty and amount in the CRM.
