A Novelty Ring

Hi. My name is Randy and I have an idea for a piece of jewelry. I have no experience creating jewelry. I'm hoping to hire someone that has patience and knowledge in this area, and are will to give me advice and guidance the entire way. So putting it very roughly, I want to create a ring that goes on your finger and covers the exterior side entirely; like a bar shape. I want the ring to be flexible and contort to the finger. I have several ideas on how this will be possible but I am willing to listen to suggestions and idea on how this can be accomplished. I have several crude drawings; that's gives an idea of what I envision; that I will be happy to upload and explain. And heres little about myself. I work for the federal government and am a victim of the current government shutdown. As per the shutdown, workers like myself have not been paid since Dec. 19. When you try to live your life as careful as possible; and you are still hit with unavoidable roadblocks, you begin to question what you are doing with yourself. I’ve always had ideas that seems kind of kooky and nuts, but working without receiving a paycheck; which feels like prison btw; strangely enough gives me a bit of confidence to go for my ambitions.
