Seeking a Team of Emailers to Google terms, add to sheet, fill out contact form or email.

Hello, I would prefer to work with one team that can do the entire task, but I need someone to Google certain terms, add to a spreadsheet, and then fill out the contact form or if they don't have one, to email them directly with MY EMAIL and one at a time (not in a bulk with a BCC). They are mostly doctors and in the health industry. - MUST only contact ONCE, this is partial why we keep track on a shared sheet. - MUST keep track in the sheet I will share with you for my to approve at the end of each day - MUST keep and send screenshots for the ones you completed DAILY or you won't be paid (how else would I know you send them). When you send a form, it will say something like "Thanks for filling out this form." - MUST send EOD reports - The contact form must be on website only, you are NOT allowed to use website that list doctors. MUST be the actual doctors website. - Pay is $.10 EACH PER email or form filled out, non-negotiable I'll send additional details for those who are interested. Thanks!
