Research & Build an Email List

I need to build a mailing list for my start-up, of 2,000 plus of Travel blogger and 1000 plus travel influencers across the globe along with rating & followers (Face Book, integral & twitter in descending orders). You will research and update a spreadsheet with the info, including the traveler names, email, phone number, and social media handles, addresses, and type of traveler, genre, and medium. For bloggers, we need a list of bloggers that blog about travel and related topics. We need their name, website, email, description of the site and phone number, etc. I am not looking for blogs. I am looking for people who will write about travel for our blog. 7 Day Project. Flat rate, not hourly. Low Budget.
