Purchase and Sales Register

We are National Distributors for Mohawk Carpets-USA. We import carpets and sell to various corporate companies in INDIA. In this process, we import stocks from various manufacturing units like USA/ China / Belgium. We stock them either in customs Wearhouse without paying any duties and taxes and pay only to the quantity as when it is required. Alternatively, we pay all duties and taxes and keep in our wearhouse. Currently, we are tracking all stocks thru Tally Software / Manually thru Excel sheet. Due to multiple types and colors the list is being very long, we are losing track of actual stocks available. Unless the stock list handy for sales guys, they cannot book sales. Usually the stock list circulated every weekend to all sales team. We wanted to find out easy and accurate option by getting program developed as per our requirement. Hence, we would like to develop a program which should ask various questions while purchase items are entered. Subsequently the same purchase register is linked to sales entry to have the final stocks available. The above program is understand the stocks came and sold out to show the net balance and its available location. This is not necessarily need to be linked to our Tally, where in we keep all our book keeping. This program is in isolation to only monitor stocks and should enable to convert the same in excel file and circulate to sales guys thru email. We will have only max 3-4 users for this software. Head Office or Wearhouse team will need to access this program and key in details as when the activity is happening. Details as what program should ask to key in details to capture information is giving in excel sheet along with final output required. We wanted to know the cost and the time frame to develop this program for us.
