Who you'll be working with:

-Our operations manager and other Administrative Associates (co-workers)

-Our recruiters and account managers (internal clients)

-Our partner facilities & vendors (external clients)

-Our travel nurses & techs (external clients)

What you'll be doing:

-Collect & Review documents and credentials from our traveling RN and Tech candidates.

-Ensure all documentation meets our client's standards.

-Uploading documents to our clients and vendors.

-Conduct background checks and set up drug screens.

-Interacting with our travel staff to ensure receipt of all necessary credentials within a specified time frame.

-Keeping our sales staff and external clients apprised of our candidate's progress.

-Ensuring all deadlines are met.

-Maintain compliance data and ensure employee compliance.

-Prepare Monthly Audit Reports
