Good day! My name is Shirlyn T. Lao. I am using a Macbook Pro 13 inch 2017 and I am available to work for 5 hours per day.
As for my work background, I have worked as a customer service representative for HSBC, an international bank, and MCC Transport, international shipping line. Since I was assigned to handle VIP clients, we were trained to provide efficient and quality service.
Aside from working as a customer service representative, I have also worked as a virtual assistant for a Hawaii based company engaged in providing corporate promotional items. My work involved looking for supplier for our client's orders, getting quotations and monitoring the order from production to delivery. I also managed their social media accounts for promoting their products.
I believe my previous work experiences has honed my skills thus making me the best candidate for this job. However, should my skills be insufficient, I am willing to learn and be trained.
