About This Job:
Do you like to work in excel? Can you follow instructions? Are you looking for consistent work? Then this might be a great fit for you. I am looking for a detail focused individual who knows their way around excel, has two screens to be able to handle large amounts of data with a newer computer that can handle LARGE excel files.
This job will consist of following a weekly pattern of excel data work that has detailed instructions/video tutorials showing exactly what to do! There may also be expansion of this role in both time and responsibilities to potentially include pulling data and completing various forms. All will have instructions and clear objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage time to complete assigned excel spreadsheet tasks by the associated deadlines.
- Update the associated task tracking tool, podio, to accurately reflect work accomplished.
Requirements & Qualifications:
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must be experienced in excel (no programming skills required, but must know short cuts and how to handle data)
- Must pass excel test
AVAILABILITY:
- Able to work 5 - 8 hours per week with room for increased hours
- Will specifically need to be able to work 1-2 hours on Mon, Wed, Fri.
EQUIPMENT:
- Contractor must provide working computer (having two computer monitors is a plus), good internet connection, and at least Excel 2013 or later.
COMPENSATION:
- Contractor will be paid an hourly wage of $4-$5 USD based upon experience level.
- Payment will be tracked through time recording software, Hubstaff, and payments will be made via payoneer/paypal/transferwise/bitwage.
