The attached SAMPLE Excel spread sheet includes 152 rows of data and many columns of data (not all columns of data will be used or relevant.
The real spreadsheet will include one to three thousand rows of data however the rear spread sheet data will increase over time.
I wish for your way of viewing the data to be compatible with future Excel spreadsheets I tell it to reference.
Every single potential client who calls our office has to identify the property they are under contract to purchase otherwise my office can not provide them with a price quote.
There are two types of data.
There are Potential clients "P" (The Scheduled Date
column will be blank for these) and those who turned into real Clients "C" (The Scheduled Date column NOT will be blank for these because the client scheduled a date and time for the home inspection)
I want you to design some way for me to be able to know and to have a custom report or a way to obtain the data to gain the following information:
For One, Two and Three listed below breakdown number of P that turn into C MONTHLY (so I can see how my price variations effect inspections booked
Report Variation One Breakdown number of P that turn into C MONTHLY
By List Price Column letter P
0 to 299,000
300,000 to 399,000
400,000 to 499,000
and every hundred thousand up from there
Report Variation Two Breakdown number of P that turn into C MONTHLY
By Order Fee column K
$500 to $549
$550 to $599
and every fifty dollars up from there
Report Variation Three Breakdown number of P that turn into C MONTHLY
Inspections By Created by column B to easily see what creator is booking more inspections as a percentage on a monthly basis.
Once again I am looking for you to create an "overlay" type program I can run on a monthly basis as the Excel spreadsheet changes.
The number of rows will change every month however the columns will remain consistent.
Yes, I know reformatting the dates will be a challenge.

Please keep in mind my specification indicates I will be downloading new information into Excel for different time periods as time goes on and that your "program" must continue to work regardless of the time periods I download.

Please see the attached file for two sample months however the overlay must be designed to work for months from June 2015 on forward.
My "sample" attached is about as ugly as I know how to make it. My hope is you can do something nicer
