Front Desk Associate Authorized to work in United States for any employer Work Experience Data Entry Clerk JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist Check-In and Check-Out for hotel guests. Log-in guest information to the database. Handling Payments and give personal tours of the hotel. Answer multi-line phones and transferring calls to staff members. Perform Data Entry and other Office/Administrative duties as needed. Complete a full night audit at the end of every shift. Provide detailed information on the surrounding area for guests to make arrangements. Provide the maximum quality of service to the guests. Schedule and confirm appointments. Collect and post fees according to protocol; and balance daily financial.
