Facebook Data Management Tool

We have the following problem: We own a small store of hand made soaps. We opened a Facebook Page (like any other user) and created a closed group. From time to time (3-4 times per month), we open a post indicating that we will have a Special Sale. At that time, the people start to say I have one using different words to indicate us "Me". That tell us that "x" user wants one. And then we continue to do refresh and when we manually couented the limited quantity that we have available for that specific Sale, we proceed to close the post manually. Then, we print all the pages (sometimes 25 legal size pages of comments) and start to manually input the data into a spreadsheet and at the end we sorted the spreadsheet by Client and print it to continue the dispatchment process. Because we see that we're growing, we can't continue to do things manually. So we need a "solution" for this manual process to partially or fully automate. We know that there're some tools on the market that extracts data from Facebook posts and transfer the data to Excel. But we want something more custom. We don't need something beautiful; we need to solve the situation.

What we expect: That a Freelancer develop a tool (we don't know if in Facebook or in Excel itself or whatever option) that extract some fields from the post (we don't know how to target a specific post but the tool need to let us input the location of the post), including the username, Product, Price and amount. Five other fields needs to be printed on the final report but no data extract is required for them, just the blank fields for us to move on the next phase, which is manually. The tool must generate a report extracting 4 fields from the Facebook Post and let us choose data to complete the report in columns with dropdown menus (so we need to have other spreadsheet that serves as a table with product names, prices, etc). If the tool creates for us like a database in Excel with all data from the extracted posts, will be great.

Please, read this well. We explained the problem and we don't expect something big, we just need to solve this situation and get some extra hours of sleep. How you identify and capture the data from the post, WE DON'T KNOW.
