Legal and Notary Service in Bangladesh

We have 8 pictures taken from Bangladesh Railway which show specific train parts (coupler of railway), we need the pictures to be notarized by a lawyer firm and endorsed by China embassy in Bangladesh. This project will consist of 6 steps below: Step 1: issue letter of Proof of Expertise to certify the pictures as per the template I sent you earlier. (PIC: by lawyer) Step 2: send the complete letter to us, we will translate the letter into Chinese (PIC: by me) Step 3: get the letter of Proof of Expertise notarized by Notary Public in Bangladesh (only notarize letter in English, no need to notarize its Chinese version) (PIC: by you or the lawyer and the Notary Public) Step 4: get the documents endorsed by the Bangladesh Foreign Ministry and Bangladesh Foreign Ministry, if required (by you or lawyer) Step 5: get the notary letter as well as the translated Chinese letter legalized/stamped by China embassy in Bangladesh (PIC: by the lawyer or by you if it’s allowed by China embassy) Step 6: send us hard copies (two copies) of the notary documents by DHL to China (PIC: by you) Please check the request carefully before submitting your quote. It’s a must to get the documents stamped by China embassy. Your quote must include ALL fees, for example, any fees with Bangladesh governments, China embassy, DHL etc. NO ANY hidden fees accepted after project accepted.
