I worked as a Customer Service Representative for almost 5 years. I can handle outbound and inbound calls. I can manage email and chat support. I can work in a graveyard shift because I am used to it since it was my schedule on my previous job. I am willing to be trained and can work overtime just to finish the task.

I think I’d be helpful due to my education background either in Arabic or English. Arabic is my native language and I had been learning it in a professional and accurate way. Furthermore, I have excellent proficiency in English which is caused by learning it throughout the years of education as well as joining a department directly associated with it in the university which is English Language and Literature.
