Graceland 2021

I own 1.3 acres in the Cleveland Ohio market, directly on the west 25th street corridor. There is a 1.2 billion hospital transformation going on down the street. And major market rate apartments going up the other direction. My properties currently take up a whole block of frontage. I have talked with many developers whom call me either to buy me out or partner with them. The deals dont agree with me as of yet. I was thinking senior low income affordable apartments with medical facilities leased out on base floor,
