Distributed control systems for microgrid - 2nd Phase

It is my task to design and simulate a Distributed Control System (DSC) for a microgrid (Hybrid), which is composed of PV, Wind, Battery, CHP and fuel cell. Someone else has helped me to complete the part of the design and simulation in MATLAB and I am having the proper results now. But, since he has left me, I need someone to go through the whole work, educate me and further develop and finish the rest of the tasks with respect to the design requirements in MATLAB.
So basically, I provide the simulation file and I expect an expert to develop the project and accomplish the rest of the tasks. He will also provide training in MATLAB as well.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in MATLAB
- Strong skills in control systems of electrical systems and power generation units.
- Distributed control systems (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary controllers)
