House Deal Appraisal

I am a Landlord and I get lots of emails from agents about new properties to rent or buy. I want to build a system that takes these emails and gets the information from them. Then it uses data from [login to view URL] to compare the deals to the market. Then the deals are available for me to look at in a table/website. Of course, if I like a deal the original contact details of the agent will be there for me as well as when the email came in. Maybe we can add more functionality as we like showing where it is in the market like the image attached go but want something basic but accurate to start with. Ironically if it is in the market it will be in the image already its how to identify it and match it to the email from the agent and of course dealing with off-market​ deals. Can you help?
