Description is DEFINITELY not clear enough to make even an uneducated guess at the bid amount. What exactly do you consider manufacture? Do you have a parts list, PCB (layout or gerber) data, the components themselves? Or do you have an idea and need schematic entry, layout, and finally PCB manufacture/assembly? Do you have / or require a testing jig to check functionality after assembly or is visual inspection enough? So many unanswered questions for something that looks like a lazy project post. The bid listed here covers: 1) quickturn 2L pcb prototype (~48 hours) 2) single-sided assembly with frameless stencil (low-speed assembly line) 3) visual inspection without test jig / simple power-on test 4) Assuming the board has less than 30-50 parts all mounted on single side (no dual-sided assembly) Customer would need to supply non-standard parts (i.e. the MEMS microphones themselves), we would provide common parts (passives/etc) or acquire them if not in stock. The price will increase if 1) 4L or higher layer count board is required (and significantly increase at that) 2) double-sided assembly 3) More than 50 parts per board 4) If complex/expensive parts need to be sourced.
