Eagle cad engineer to help us finish up our PCB.

We have our old version that needs to be transfered from kicad to eagle. we are using eagle 9.1 and we need to reconnect the board and make the board double sided and as small as possible. This board has 4 motor drivers that controll 8 motors. once we finish the board we need to remove those drivers and and add 2 better smaller drivers that contro 8 motors also. once we do this we will create gerber files for each board and we will be finished Our budget is 100 dlls.. we will pay a bonus and the fee that freelancer charges you
