Design an electronic circuit

Good day, I have good experience in electronic circuit designing and I can design circuit that generate impulses in the output from input source battery of 9 V while meeting all requirements. Hello, Thanks for posting the project. I am an Electrical Engineer with 30 years’ experience of Customized Product Development for Instrumentation and Control applications. I am based in Kolkata (India) and running a business in the name of "Zetek Systems". I have a good hardware setup and a team for fabrication and testing. The complexity of the circuit largely depends on the load impedance. Please tell me the ohmic value and type of load i.e resistive/inductive/capacitive. What's the load ? What's the voltage regulation needed.. is the load variable. Is the 9v capable to deliver the current? Is the frq to be very stable.
