Dear Author,
We're looking to get sample descriptions from 4-5 different copywriters for a large set of product descriptions for several ecommerce stores. If you're interested in being considered for this project, please reach out.
Details are as follows:
Overview:
Please write a product description for the below product. This is a test run for a set of product descriptions that could lead to a large volume of additional work.
Product(s): (Ex: Product name, URL, link to image, existing description)

Target Audience: (Ex: men, women, age, geographical area, etc.)
hotel owners/managers across the U.S.
Voice: (Ex: 1st person plural [we, our, us], 2nd person [you, your], 3rd person [he, she, it, they].)
Second person.
Style/Tone: (Ex: Informative, conversational, factual, salesy, humorous, etc.)
Informative
Formatting Requirements: (Ex: Headers, catchy title, bulleted lists, HTML, etc.)
Six bullet point "summary," followed by 3-4 paragraphs of "in-depth" product description.
Please Include: (Sizes, available colors, measurements, materials, proper uses, shipping costs, etc.)
Each unit's amps, volts, plug type, BTU, control type (digital, knob, etc.) and heat type (electric or heat pump) should be included in both the summary and in depth descriptions. You can also use any information in the product info block.
Please Do NOT Include: (Ex: Company names, brands, specific terms, etc.)
Information about warranty. This will be added to the page as a separate block
Additional Guidelines:
While we can't copy word-for-word from product descriptions on competing ecommerce sites, we can glean information from descriptions on other ecommerce websites, as well as data from manufacturer websites.
Example: (Ex: competitor's description, previously written description, etc.)

My writing procedure:
I have divided my procedure into four simple steps: Prewriting, Writing, Revising and Proofreading.
Prewriting:
In this step, I choose the topics, gather information, research on keywords and make it into a cohesive unit. Reading, brainstorming, taking notes, and categorizing information are also included in this section.
Writing:
In this phase, I expand on the prewriting stage. I transfer the organized and gathered information into a traditional arrangement. Rearranging and substituting words or sentences are also included in this section.
Revising:
Here, I read the content carefully and add and subtract information as needed.
Proofreading:
