Screening will be based on your performance done Freelancer payment: * Rs 850 per deal. * A deal will include finding both product and manufacturer. * Rs 850 is split into Rs 350 (for finding product) and Rs 500 (for finding manufacturer) * Let's say if they were only able to find the product and not its manufacturer, they will NOT get Rs 350. * Only after they find the manufacturer for their suggested product, they will get your Rs 850 (350+500).
