1. I have a versatile and flexible skill set which I earned through my experiences from various industries such as supply chain management, manpower outsourcing, courier services, collection services, jewelry manufacturing, hotel security system, telecommunication, container yard, printing, building/property management, insurance claims adjustment, skill assessment center, transcription services, IT services and e-commerce (both B2B and B2C).
2. This skill set covers the different functions of the organization from strategic planning, business development, operations management, customer service, supplier/vendor management, purchasing, sales management, project management, IT, Finance, HR, process analysis, documentation until implementation among others.
3. With my last employment, I was the overall head of a b2b e-commerce company reporting directly to the President/CEO/Owner who is based in San Jose, California. As a home-based Business Manager, the duties encompass duties such as strategic management, business development, sales management, marketing campaigns, production, logistics, order fulfillment, customer services (claims and collection), and process documentation. Likewise, the duties also cover serving as a point of contact for our Vietnam based IT and manufacturing arm and our Philippine-based HR and US-based accountant. To add, I am also the point of contact for our US and Philippine-based Consultants.
