File and folder operations

Hello DotNet Core developers. I would like you to develop a console application in DotNet Core 2.1 to implement the requirements stated in the attached textfile. Implement the requirements as classes with methods in a Service Layer (class library). The console application has a menu structure which calls the service layer functionalities. Use Microsoft Dependency Injection to configure and to inject the IFileAndFolderService interface into the console application. Configure to instantiate as Transient. Create also a NUnit test project to test all functionalities of the class library. All methods should implement appropriate error and exception handling.
