Digitizing a small business

We are a small company that started 5 years ago with paper based process. We need someone to set up tablets in vehicles link them to the internet and to the centralized job system. Tablets and equipment have been purchased just need someone to set us up.
Once operational we can look at how we get select staff to access jobs via email and also how we manage the information flow within the business.
