Virtural Call Center Agents

Hello, I will be launching a virtural call center in about 3 months. I am looking for a small team of 2-6 CSP to work a minimum of 10-20 hours a week, with more hours available after performance review, or desire expressed to work more hours. Applicants will need to have experience working online and using various computer systems, customer service, call center, data entry sales and tech support. Applicants need to speak, read and write in English fluently and clearly. Applicants must pass a background check and attend online training which can take anywhere from 1 week-2 months ( depending on position/difficulty). Training courses are not usually paid for, but will cover expenses for the right applicant. Training is not paid and 100% attendance is required. Applicants must have: -secure hard wired internet connection (DSL, Broadband, Ethernet, Fiberoptic)with 3.0mbps upload speed and 1.0mbps download speed, NO WIRELESS CONNECTIONS ALLOWED -CPU Speed: 1 GHz dual core processor or better 1 GHz dual core processor or better Memory: 2 GB of RAM or better 2 GB of RAM or better -a working phone line or VOIP/Digital phone services -a USB headset with mic (during certification) Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands recommended -wired telephone with headset ( and key pad)Plantronics T10 or similar recommended. - Internet Explorer 8.0 or 11 or Edge on Windows 7, 8 or 10 or Mozilla (Firefox 14 to 42) both Windows and Mac or Safari 8 or 9 (Apple Mac only) **Please note that Google Chrome Browsers are not compatible with the platform you can see if your computer and internet fit the requirements by checking your computer systems settings on your pc and testing your computers speed at [login to view URL] Please note positions wont be available until we officially open our doors but we are looking to gather a pool of eligible applicants. We are located virtually in the USA, but hiring internationally.
