Hello, I read your description and i fit in that project role. i am looking long term job and i think that this one will be great for me and you will be 100% satisfied and continue working in future also. I am experienced excel user, worked in 2 international company as analyst and reporting specialist where i was doing daily, weekly and monthly reporting in excel. I have worked as ERP system operators team Manager also where i was extracting data from program modify, make reporting and based on that data make changes in program. I increased program operations from 5-10% to 95 % in one month, with my skills education and hard working. I Have worked for an outsourced BPO Company had stayed in 2 different accounts which are both very hard. T-mobile as a Customer service agent in where we do multi-tasking such as explanation of bills, do basic troubleshooting on phones or services that have issues, explain locations of packages(UPS, USPS, Fedex), make a portion of selling phones and upgrading plans in where it would benefit customers as well as the owners of the company. For my second account, I had understood better how shipping and delivery orders are especially in how to direct customers in getting what they want as per special recommendations. Both accounts have been fun and mostly putting your shoes on the customer/clients side would bring out the care in any representative. Looking forward to work with you soon.
