Leading Real Estate Investment Company looking for a Top Virtual Assistant to do Data Mining, Data Research, Data Entry, and Administrative Tasks. This is a Part-Time job from Home (any location) leading into a Full-Time position with bonuses and extra benefits. Our VA must be able to work during our business hours of 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time – U.S. and must have the following materials & equipment, qualifications, and task requirements: MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT: -His/Her Personal Computer -Mic & Headset (when making/answering calls; not required immediately) -Webcam -Fast Internet Connection -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) -Skype -Noise-Free Work Area/Space QUALIFICATIONS: -Fluent English (Read, Write and Speak) -Proficient in Microsoft Office -Must be Computer-Savvy -Skilled in Web-based Products (CRM, Gmail, Dropbox, etc.) -Proficient in Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) -Great written and verbal communications -Must feel comfortable to speak on the Phone -Have the ability to Research, Collect and Analysis information from various sources -Need to be efficient, organized, self-motivated and dependable -Must be honest, punctual, and reliable -Will start with 10+ hours a Week (and grow to Full-time) -Previous Experience Desired (Not Required) TASK REQUIREMENTS: 1. Post Ads on Internet (Craigslist, Backpage, etc.) 2. Social Media Management 3. Setting up Follow-up Tasks 4. Research Databases & Pull Data 5. Create Lists, Spreadsheets, and Reports 6. Email Response and Campaign Marketing 7. Creating and Managing Contacts 8. Blog Posting and Proofreading 9. Manage our CRM 10. This project is a great fit for me as I have done similar job. I am very much excited to take this work. I have worked as a VA. My usual role was to manage Fb, LinkedIn profile, Twitter pages, create content, handle chat via olark, respond to inbound queries, web research like finding targeted prospect on some particular market/verticals like account payable, genealogy etc. I also work on Photoshop frequently. I have a good exposure with CMS like Joomla and Wordpress. I am a freelancer with many years of experience in various freelancing projects like data entry, technical writing, graphic design and webdesign. Few task I recently accomplished: 1. Worked as a Virtual Assistant From 03 Sep 2012 to 04 April 2014 to Oliver, Germany for creating video tutorials, manage fb page, manage linkedIn, create salespage, cold-call, leadGen, create/organize themepacks etc. 2. I feel I am the best candidate for a number of reasons. First, I have experience in sales/marketing from Vector Marketing Corporation. With this company I scheduled my own appointments with clients, I maintained valuable relationships, managed and set out email marketing campaigns, and made my own phone calls. This company heavily relied on telecommunication. I also am a student at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania (SRU). I am studying marketing within their business college. I am VERY interested in real estate. Unfortunately due to time constraints and financial situations, I am currently not in the marketing to obtain my real estate sales license, although I am considering it for the future. I also follow real estate blogs, and social media outlets always trying to learn more. Lastly, being that I attend SRU, I am trying to buy a house close to campus and rent it out to students to live with me in order for myself to obtain free rent and eventually make a profit out of it in the long run. I am sure you are familiar with that and if you are interested I would love to talk more with you about it, and maybe we could work together on something? I also have my own MacBook Pro I purchased a few years ago with a built in webcam and microphone. I utilize Skype very often as well as all Microsoft Office applications on a daily base.

Having worked as a business analyst, Analysis and resolving conflicts between teams has been part of my responsibilities. Good oral and written english has been very essential for my role.
