I am Looking for individual virtual assistant. You need to find articles from search engines as well as help me in recruiting, do data entry from scanned images and write it into excel sheet, also check emails and responding to them according to given format and set appointments and schedule for me. So You need to have good knowledge about excel , google spreadsheet, Dropbox, Microsoft word as well as attention to detail and good communication skills and a stable internet connection as well as you need to have good web research skills to find information from the search engines. As stated above i am not looking for agencies or companies that provide virtual assistant services, i just need an pure individual contractor so please do not waste my time as well as your time and bid if you are associated with some agency or company or even if you run your own. Newbies can also apply as we have a one week training period which is paid as well. Looking for assistant for long term and ongoing basis to assist in data entry into excel sheet , scheduling meetings , handling and replying to the emails , recruiting, social media marketing and internet research for finding different contacts on internet. The applicant must possess good communication skills as well as attention to detail can work independently. you will be dealing with our clients providing them administrative assistance such as internet research email handling data entry etc. , but for the first week will be as a trial and you will be working with me only and doing internet research . I will analyze you first week, about your work performance, time punctuality etc. and from next week you will be dealing with our clients. For First Week your work is to do internet research. You will be doing research on articles related to IT Health and Business you need to select articles at your own. Each article will be of 500-1000 words. You need to search as many articles as you can in 5 hours but also the minimum range is 10 articles a day. You will just copy and paste article so no need to write your own. You need to send me article at end of shift.
