[login to view URL] About the Job: Your role as a jewelry consultant is to take customers from initial request to purchase to fully designed piece. Through communication in our messaging system, you'll help customers clarify and price their designs, then go back and forth with our designers to get the piece just right. Along the way, you'll provide excellent customer service: managing project details, helping customers envision various design options, and making design suggestions to fit each budget. Previous jewelry experience not required.
