About CustomMade: We guide customers through the process of custom jewelry design, producing one-of-a-kind, expertly crafted pieces. [login to view URL] About the Job: Your role as a jewelry consultant is to take customers from initial request to purchase to fully designed piece. Through communication in our messaging system, you'll help customers clarify and price their designs, then go back and forth with our designers to get the piece just right. Along the way, you'll provide excellent customer service: managing project details, helping customers envision various design options, and making design suggestions to fit each budget. Previous jewelry experience not required. Skills: Fluency in written English communication, including colloquial American dialect Experience in a customer service or sales role Comfort with numbers Excellent self-management abilities Ability to learn new skills quickly Attention to detail Availability to work 40 hours per week A fast and reliable Internet connection Below are a few questions we receive from customers -- please answer them in your own voice. Hello, I have a lot of experience in customer service and being virtual assistant, I have high level of using Microsoft office programs, high English level and native Spanish fluency. I can manage accounts and I have worked in the management of online stores (amazon, shopify, mercadolibre). I have experience in data entry (Inventory), capable of controlling difficult clients, email and ticket handling, live chat support, google apps knowledge, order processing, etc. I will be available 8 hours per day, 5 days per week and can be more time if needed. I don't have much experience with jewelry but I'm willing to learn everything I need to. With plenty of experience in this area, coming from an administration and management background, your project will be completed in a very timely fashion. Although I am Australian, I spend a lot of time in the United States, particularly in the Greater Los Angeles region. Each of the questions should be addressed on a uniquely individual basis by explaining to the customer that this is a piece specifically for them or the significant person it is for and therefor each piece will be treated with the respect that the customer is looking for. Asking them to visit the store, or even making it accessible to them via a phone link up (eg. Skype) will give us a better understanding of what the customer is looking for and how much it will cost, time taken to design and make etc.

Hello, I do have customer service experience, as I took orders for my parents business for a very long time. I also was an Assistant manager at a Christian bookstore, as well as worked retail several places. I also worked in quality department of a manufacturing company. I was hired as a manufacturing associate, but within 3 days was moved to a quality auditor position due to my attention to detail. This position sounds very interesting, and I would love to answer the questions, but I do not see them available "below" as stated. I am definitely looking for a long-term role, and would love to be considered for this opportunity.
