We are looking for a candidate who is versed in Quickbooks and has administrative experience. The hours can be flexible. This position would be responsible for but not limited to: Supporting bookkeeping and operational tasks Updating and maintain accounting transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable) Accounts Payable The successful candidate will demonstrate: Computer skills Quickbooks skills Data Entry skills Organizational, verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, highly organized individual Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office Must have excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills Required prior experience essential for this position: 1-3 years of bookkeeping or administrative experience

Hello, my name is Marianna and I have excellent knowledge of productivity and administration tools. I would like to introduce myself and tell you my experience, so thank you for your time. I am currently living on Italy, so my timezone is GMT+1. However, this won't be a problem for you since I can adapt my work schedule as needed. I have experience as a data entry. Particularly, I have worked on a previous high-tech company in Argentina, copying laboratory procedures from paper into a digital database, for further consultation and use. Sometimes, I created those procedures directly from scratch into the database. I have also digitalized cards with clients' information from an hotel into a database, to be used as post-sale marketing and feedback. Lately, I have been working part-time filling content of websites and testing them. I am currently working part time for an English finance company, during the morning (in Europe time) also in the area of data entry and data processing. So, I use the computer and many tools on a daily basis. I am also very detail-oriented. I am really interested on this position, and I can be a good fit for this job. Hello, My name is davina and my experiences are as follows: I have worked as a virtual assistant for more than 3 months, whereby handling emails and talking to clients and generate leads on LinkedIn were my main tasks.I also had to promote a new job website as well as an e commerce website. So, Facebook was my main social to target those people.
