Find Home/Cell Phone Numbers For Real Estate Leads

This task is very simple although requires some judgement. I will provide you with a homeowners address and full names. Your job is to find their contact phone numbers. I have uploaded a file with instructions on how to find the phone numbers, using 5 different websites. Alternatively, if you have another method to find their phone numbers... feel free to utili\e it. I'd expect each property to have several possible phone numbers available. Once you have found all the possible potential phone numbers, I will try all of them and hope that one of them works. My assistant usually takes care of this however she will be off work for a while. This is common. Most of the numbers will be incorrect. My expectations are that for every 3 properties, you are able to procure 1 correct phone number. In the first address, my assistant found 17 possible phone numbers. This is too many, I'd prefer a maximum of 15... use your judgement and decide yourself which ones it should be narrowed down to. The average property has about 9-10 available phone numbers. If I am pleased with the results, we can do the same project again with a new batch of properties. The addresses will be supplied on an excel sheet and in the following column you can add all the phone numbers. If you feel you have a clearer method of organising the spreadsheet then you can do so. To test your skills, you can try using the addresses/names in the above examples and see if you're able to find those phone numbers.
