Please see the attached file, this should be a simple job for someone who knows what they are doing. Basically, for each SKU, using ‘PPGC00005’ as an example. Would need to change:- PPGC00005 1 Name On Front 12 1 PPGC00005 2 Message On Front 20 1 PPGC00005 3 Message Line 1 Inside 20 0 PPGC00005 4 Message Line 2 Inside 20 0 PPGC00005 5 Message Line 3 Inside 20 0 PPGC00005 6 Message Line 4 Inside 20 0 PPGC00005 7 Message Line 5 Inside 20 0 to:- PPGC00005|PPGC00005|PPGC00005|PPGC00005|PPGC00005|PPGC00005|PPGC00005 1|2|3|4|5|6|7 Name On Front|Message On Front|Message Line 1 Inside|Message Line 2 Inside|Message Line 3 Inside|Message Line 4 Inside|Message Line 5 Inside 12|20|20|20|20|20|20 1|1|5|5|5|5|5 So column A1 would be:- PPGC00005|PPGC00005|PPGC00005|PPGC00005|PPGC00005|PPGC00005|PPGC00005 1|2|3|4|5|6|7 column A2:- Name On Front|Message On Front|Message Line 1 Inside|Message Line 2 Inside|Message Line 3 Inside|Message Line 4 Inside|Message Line 5 Inside and so on... In the Excel there is around 20,000 records, but yeah we’re basically combining the column separated by | For each SKU if that makes sense o we will still have 5 columns, A - E, just a lot less rows as each row will be a unique SKU

yes we can do it.. but the the result will be in 1 row.. is that correct. we can get you the output. the single grid will not accept 20,000 records, we can separate 5000 each for 4 rows

Hello, I just checked the .csv file and very much interested to do this work. I want to do this task manually without using any software because I want to provide you a good quality work. I have downloaded the attached file,but it is a csv and not an excel file so we can not directly put excel VBA over it. 1- i can easily write a code to the merging as described 2-Column A1 to A5 will be delivered as a merged output file 3-Will output file in csv format or xlsx(excel based).
