Supermicro is seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to provide excellent document control skills necessary to create and maintan documents. This individual will need to have exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong word processing, technical writing and record keeping experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create and maintain documents for the team such as ISO documents, Corrective/Preventive Action Reports, etc. Complete assignments according to set standards in regards to conciseness, clarity, style, and terminology Arrange for distribution of written material Gather information from several resources for document content Arrange team meetings, trainings, collect and post records of meetings and trainings such as attendance lists, training materials Maintain ISO compliance status by ensuring all documents, processes, forms follow ISO standards . Plan ISO training and audit for Technical Support Department . Represent Technical Support Department and company during ISO and customer audits . Analyze audit results and review audit responses . Manage and control department inventory to prevent loss and excess
