Responsibilities: - Answer incoming & make out going calls (Fast internet connection) - Ensuring a high level of Customer Service standards are met at all time in a professional manner - Ad hoc duties - Ability to manage email, phone and live chat in conjunction with one another Key Requirements: - Experience working in a call center environment - Hard working attitude and a team player - Excellent English skills required - Basic understanding of creating eBay listings and working on wordpress / woo commerce.
