Create an Excel file to track Hiring Process

Excel file to contain the following: -1 Master sheet that contain detailed hiring stages indicating the start and the end of each process stage. that have the candidate name, position, Decline reason. -1 sheet to enter a requisition request that capture the date of the requisition , sector, position. each candidate for the same position has to be entered and logged in to the sheet and track each stage time. -Track the progress of the# of candidates for the position and the latest stage and a planned date for the completion of the requisition. -1 sheet that track the over all interviews schedule that reads from the master sheet or the requisition -1 daily report/Sheet that shows the following: # of interviews planned today # of offers Accepted today # of offers sent today and a table that has the sector/position name of the candidate that received/Accept the offer - Weekly Report ( Calendar week , Sun- Sat ) # and list of shortlisted candidates along with their positions and the processing stage, expected date of hiring. # of interviews Conducted last week list of interviews planned next week # of offers Accepted last week # of offers sent last week list of employees with their joining date The main purpose is to track the progress of each stage of the process. and to have an overview of the progress of the hiring progress
