book club set up

I am setting up a book club. We want to give retailers orders, and have control over them. We have 25k members. We want to connect them into special accounts at book retailers so that the book club member orders get processed and shipped by retailers. I have a 3 part automation need: I need to set up 15,000-20,000 email accounts on a free open source site. Likely we’ll need a series of temporary phone numbers to verify this email. I then need to set up 15,000-20,000 at an online retailer, that will be tied to the email addresses above. Both email and retailer will have captcha verification. Both will have phone/text verification. Retailer will also have email verification. Emails from retailers will go back to their respective email accounts. We need the emails to be forwarded to one master email account that will filter emails by sub account and in each sub account will filter based on verification, confirmation, cancelation and request for information emails. We will want to tie a proxy/unique IP per email and retailer account. We need to tie the proxy/ip to each account and have the ability to log back into the retailer account using the unique proxy/ip tied to that account. We are building a book club, and have the need to control the sending of books in both digital and printed formats to our customers. We have the data entry component, we don’t have the account set up system built.
