The responsibility of this position is to properly keep maintenance records and create invoices for customers.
Duties will include:
Transferring technician's work orders into billing program and closing out invoices
Data entry in excel spreadsheets
Exchanging emails with co-workers as well as customers.

Occupational Requirements:
Must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for full shift (excluding lunch and breaks)
Must be able to read, write, and type in English with proper spelling and grammar
Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook
