Responsibilities • Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and executives/clients • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives • Handle requests and queries appropriately • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments • Make travel arrangements • Take dictation and minutes • Fill out official forms and applications • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs • Devise and maintain an office filing system • Organize the office layout, and order stationery and equipment • Organize office operations and procedures • Manage order processing, invoicing and delivery with factory and clients • Manage relationships with partners and associations • Manage office G&A budget, and ensure accurate and timely reporting • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and trade shows

In my recent role in Deloitte, I planned yearly training calendar for all participants. I served as the central point of contact for all administrative inquiries for over 200 participants.
