I'm graduated from IGSCE school, and currently I'm a student in the Nile University in Egypt, Faculty of Engineering, I previously worked at Vodafone UK as an international call center agent, I'm also fluent in the English language, can multitask, and communicate formally with customers, adding to that i can handle angry customers very easily as they are my fav type of customers because i take it as a challenge for my self to handle these customers and give them the best customer service, cabaple of using almost every app of the MS Office ( word, excel, powerpoint, etc )
