We are a Customer Service focused, Houston-based, exploding Credit Repair Company who is changing the way that people look at Credit Repair. We boast an over 73% success rate on average, and we work with Lenders, Mortgage Officers, Bankers, and Car Dealerships all over the United States. ASAP Credit Repair has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Support Agent who is passionate about customers, and helping others improve their lives by guiding them through the credit repair process with integrity, discipline, and consideration for each client’s individual case. Job Expectations: Be able to make at least 250+ phone calls per day. Have a positive attitude Excellent script retention Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast paced environment Remain in a stationary position 95% of the time Occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery (printer, copier, etc.) Constantly operate a computer and phone Sales experience is a plus! Bilingual in English and Spanish Submit to a background check Full time 40 hours per week in between 8 am and 7 pm CST Required skills: Careful attention to detail when multitasking and listening Excellent communication, written and verbal Ability to follow directions Patience and Empathy in any situation Typing with excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling in English Ability to work rotating Saturdays WPM 50+ preferred Script retention Ability to make 300+ calls after training Job Type: Full-time

Hello We can get the work done in accordance to the guidelines that you stated and off course maintaining the quality of the call. We have a Decade Experience in Tele-Marketing and we have done Credit Repairing job in the past as well. Currently we are working for Auto Insurance (US), Energy (AUS), Appointment setting B2B( AUS), B.T (UK). Hi! I have recently worked for a company called Alorica. I received up to 50 calls a day helping customers with their account and anything they request. I also worked for comcast where it was a sales representative. Our goal was to try to sell products to customers and if they already bought the product, to try to upsell them. I do have the experience and this is something I would love to do.

Hello. I have more than 6 years of experience in Virtual assistance  and Customer service management over the phone, live chat and email.  I have worked in a lot of projects where my main job was to speak to the customer over phone or chat, Updating the CRM according to the customer behavior and managing accounts. Moreover I was the one building strong connection with the customers and make sure they are getting the best service possible. I have used credit repair cloud CRM and know every bit of it. So ai believe this makes me the best candidate for this job. I have also done sales and taking payment over the phone and live chat, Sending RMA forms based on customer's requirement and solving RMA by myself. Sending quotes and estimates using Docusign was also a main part of my job. I am an workaholic person with super strict work ethic.
