Using our software "Gorgeous" (experience is an advantage) which is our customer service funnel. Take all customer service inquiries and mediate them with our company culture and warmth. Correspond with the Creative Director for dealing and clarity until such time as you have an understanding of the correct procedures. Communication on Skype, WeChat or WhatsApp with the creative director on a minute-to-minute basis. Meetings every day to start leading on to weekly. Good time management skills and efficiency. Excellent English writing spelling and grammar. Initiative in the role will see more work and better working circumstances. Excellent computer skills. An understanding of Shopify and the back end. An understanding of emails, Omnisend and all popular media outlets like Instagram and TokTok. A great attitude to working and not taking negative emotions on to yourself. Reliable!!! Motivated. Learns Quickly and good memory. Ready to work!

Hello, I would love to provide support using your software "Gorgeous" and nurturing relationship with customers. I am comfortable with everyday meetings, however I am in the Indian timezone which is behind the Australian timezones. So wanted to know if the time would be flexible or would there be a fixed time to be available at? I have the understanding of Shopify, and email marketing software and so. I have the superpower of learning new software like rapid fast. Hi, my name is Marian Bismonte Pontillas, I took up my bachelor of Science in information technology at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges and I have 5yrs experience as a customer service representative for an e-commerce company handling retail accounts my main task is to take inbound and outbound calls to assist the customer to check the product information on the website, place orders, check the status of their shipments, processing refund and replacement, updating customer information such as an address, payment info, and more. As my manager sees potential in me was promoted to a team leader and I was also given a chance to manage my own team as the saying goes great power comes with great responsibility.
