We are an Ecommerce company dealing with variety products and we are looking for a customer service agent to join our customer service team. The tasks includes but not limited to: Answering customers questions, inquiries and receiving and confirming orders and follow up with customers The agent must be solely free for this project and not committed to any other task, job or study work hours: 6 days a week, 10 hours a day The agent must be fluent in both Arabic and English Must also have good communications and sales skills Can work on Excel
