CSS, jQuery, MSSQL, VB.NET

Please be very knowledgeable with CSS/jQuery and working with modal windows and CSS layers. Budget $200 IMPORTANT: Please complete tasks in the order noted below. (Do not skip priorities) Due on Thursday 28th. ----------------------------------- Task Priority (1.) jQuery modal window can be unpinned and will float dynamically (can be moved on screen) however, on a mobile phone this only work with the Firefox mobile web browser. This needs to work on all browsers (specifically android/Samsung mobile web browser and Chrome, not just Firefox.) You will need to test on multiple browsers. Task priority (2.) When jQuery modal window is resized or maximized, the contents on the main modal window must also resize relevant to the main Modal window size(specifically the Textbox that is located inside the main Modal window must be maximized at all times.) The textbox inside the main jQuery modal window must always be at max size(vertically and horizontally.) Must specifically work on android/Samsung default mobile web browsers. (Currently it only seems to work on Firefox but needs to work on all default mobile web browsers) Task Priority (3.) When main modal window is unpinned (dragged around on screen) it is able to be resize but needs a more visual/icon at the bottom right corner of the main Modal window to make it obvious that the main Modal window can be resized AND make easy for people to use their finger to grab the corner and resize the main jQuery modal window. (specifically for mobile web browser) Task Priority (4.) On mobile web browser there is css layer overlapping on top of a bottom and blocking it from being pressed. That needs to be fixed. Task Priority (5.) On the main jQuery modal window - only show controls that are needed at the moment. remove any controls on the model window that are not being immediately used at the moment. (this is to unclutter the area and to make it less confusing) Task Priority (6.) Database/SQL task to add flag to user record. Add "Don't show this again" option on a message window. Task Priority (7.) New Window button - When the main Modal Window is opened, make the "New Windows" button disabled (make it look really disabled(almost transparent), not just change color) and when the Modal Window is closed, then re-enable the button and allow another Window can be opened.
