Zoho One Administrator for Australian Cloud Software Consulting Firm

If you have skills in setting up Zoho CRM and/or other Zoho products (Zoho Administrator) and have the ability to take initiative, work autonomously and get work done, please enquire about this role. You do not need to be a developer, we are looking for someone to support our team in setting up Zoho CRM. Must have experience in setting up Zoho CRM. Must be willing to work Australian (AEST) hours. Qualifications & Experience: * Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho One Applications * Excellent English communication skills. * Demonstrate a knowledge of the Zoho suite of software (at minimum Zoho CRM) Skills & Capabilities * Setup of Zoho CRM - modules, fields, emails, workflows, blueprints * Manage Task List * Strong problem-solving skills * Business Acumen * Values learning and growing * Ability to take initiative * Working autonomously * Ability to work as part of a team Responsibilities: * Setup and configuration of Zoho software * Supporting Australian software consultants with projects related to Zoho software * Supporting customers using Zoho applications (by email) * Managing and prioritising your own task list * Documenting tasks and projects that have been completed * Manage multiple projects concurrently * Liaise with clients and software consulting teams Software development skills are not required for this role. Ability to write code in Zoho Deluge is not necessary, however willingness to understand and write a small amount of code would be highly regarded.
