Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Implementation

I have two projects that I need assistance setting up the initial Dynamics 365 environment for and then I also need assistance customizing those environments to match my clients' needs. We are in the business of buying equipment, fixing it, and then renting or selling it to our customers • Here is what I need Dynamics to be able to: o Have a list telling me what equipment is available for rent o Show me what equipment is rented to a customer for how long o Assign equipment to different categories o Create a quote for equipment and send it to a customer o Convert a quote into an order for equipment o Create service work orders for repairs related to equipment o Track inventory of service parts o Consume inventory on a piece of equipment through a work order o Track how much time was spent on an individual work order o Track all email communication with a contact throughout the entire organization Order of implementation Work orders/Purchase Orders Email Quotes Orders Time Tracking
